I know numerous people, including myself who have lost tons of high valued items in the past cause of server issues and other random glitches. And most of these cases occurred in the same time period and were even brought up to the forums.
But not once did Jagex ever respond or help out a little?
And the best part is, I’m seeing all these people begging for their items back and rollbacks cause of their lost from Vorago, when if it was someone else back then, that same person begging now would be posting stuff like “GF, Jagex don’t refund items back”….
Jagex actually tried this same item-return thread back when QBD came out. Unfortunately they got overwhelmed and gave up on the idea entirely, which I’m willing to bet will happen this time as well.
And yeah, self absorbed little at their best, right? Drunk driving is funny until it’s their child who gets hit.
I agree, Jagex is hypocritical I was told that my levels are high enough to get my items back fast, the same should be said to everyone else. If you take your rs 2007 gold out of your bank you are taking the risk of losing them. There’s nothing left to say. Jagex is full of Hypocritical nut jobs. So yeah, I would like to have my oh rapier i got for 150m that i lose due to a GRAVE GLITCH back. If not, don’t refund anyone else.
